- Workload/ force planning - Cost by Nature planning - Cost by Destination planning - implementation of unit cost controlling (industrial concept) - Projects: several SAP projects (accounts and reports) - Project controlling Hanger 9 (3.FAL Single Aisle HAM) incl. buildings and Jigs & tools (driven by rate increase within FAL SA Hamburg)

- workload and headcount planning for all German plants (AOP, 5 years) - strategic planning (15 years) - tool deployment for calculation of needed resources/ workload to come for all German plants - coordination/ adjustment/ measurement of the overall planning togehter with the operations to ensure targets

- Preparation of the central “need to complete” (NTC) for the Wide Body and Single Aisle Program for all German plants based on hours. - Cost and hours situations of the German plants - Offset planning for the plants

- ensure material and jobcards workflow - mentoring relocation of Wide Body Section 15 from Hamburg to St. Nazaire - ensure material availability in the right time, quantity and on the right destination
