Since early 2015, JB Systems has an office in Waalwijk. In the same year IAS in Zundert became part of our organisation. From the location Waalwijk in the south of The Netherlands I will serve all JB Systems customers in Noord-Brabant and strengthen the position of JB Systems and IAS in the south of The Netherlands.

Managing Sales position, MT-member of the Dutch Norgren subsidiary (25 p). Worldwide supplier of pneumatics and fluid control components. Set-up of the Sector sales team from scratch, responsible to generate business in 4 predefined Sectors: Energy & Environment, Life Sciences, water, Rail. Hands-on outside sales, strategic business development, managing the local Sector team. In close cooperation with international teams in the UK, Germany and Switzerland.

Sales in the Benelux area of the Austrian Bachmann control systems. Since July 2004 managing the Benelux subsidiary with 2 persons. Control systems for high-end OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Market share set up from “scratch”. Innovative technology, strategic products, complex business cases, key accounts in strong competitive repression market.

Installed base management (124 countries), set-up of service agreements, total costs of ownership calculation for capital goods. Spare parts policy: stock management, marketing and product management of spare parts, retrofits and extensions. Spare parts sales and distribution support, responsible for pricing, participate in the distribution policy.

Technical industrial designs and software auditing for rolling stock equipment (rail) and testing for railway requirements. In close cooperation with the manufacturers come to an optimized design for those huge capital goods. Concentrated on own specialty (controls). Conditions: life cycle, total costs of ownership, safety, ergonomics, serviceability, service costs, etcetera. Focus on control systems and diagnostics.
