RaboDirect is the flag ship of the Rabobank Group. Launched in 2005, my role was focused on systems specification, website development and local infrastructure implementation from office fit out to call centre The project was split between 4 countries, incorporating vendors, head office, backend banking system development, hosting and the local site. Operating with a set-up budget of €3 million, we launched the implementation on plan and under budget. RaboDirect is now one of the leading online banks.
