Planning, development and support of ArcMind software products for energie companies like RWE and hungarians subsidiary of RWE called ELMÜ. Cooperation with customers in planning, support and development of change requests – and development of change requests (using Java, Oracle). Work in groups with german collegaues.

Daily support of Hungarian and Ukrainian SAP MM, SRM users; MM, SRM administration and testing of new functions and modifications. First contact person for Ukrainian users in MM, SRM questions. Projects: implementation of SRM extended functionality (1 year project) Testing, documentation and end-user education of SRM contract management, bidding, live auction and cFolders collaboration. OTP Russia SAP implementation: education of MM users, preparing user manuals with RWD Info Pak, testing.

Maintaining and administering IBM’s ledger and other connected systems (data warehouses) on a daily basis – after knowledge transfer from UK. Reporting errors and development needs to developers. Answering questions from the users.
