I am working as analyst/architect/programmer. My key competence is the ability for finding, designing and implementing solutions for non-trivial challenges, where 'non-trivial challenge' can mean quite different things: From analysis of business needs to development of code-generators or tools for computer-assisted analysis of legacy software.

Responsible for development of programmatic additions and modifications of a standard programm's functionality (CA Clarity). Focus on EAI, JEE.

I started working immediately after school end of 1979, which was less unusual at the time. I also studied besides work and received a doctorate in 1991 and worked in academics for some time. In 1994 I returned to freelancing software development. Most of the time I have been doing commercial projects but I also have always maintained interest in theoretical topics, resulting in several papers and recently an ai-related patent application.
