-Provide FES (Faurecia Excellence Systems) expertise and experience in order to assist and support the Plant Managers. Support to create the site “Plant Improvement Plan”. Ensure that the right priorities are defined for process changes and related steps in order to achieve the targets. -Concerning the “Plant Improvement Plan” support the management structure in order to apply the FES approach, tools and methodologies -Coaching and perform active training (SMED, TPM, HOSHIN, KAIZEN, KANBAN, 5S) in Gemba

Develop, support and coach the competences of all appropriate people of the plant in : 5S & Product respect activities TPM activities (Downtime reduction) Direct Labour efficiency Scrap reduction Work in process reduction. Support and follow up the teams in continuous improvement activities (KAIZEN) Lean industrialization. Value Stream Analysis and Material Flow Analysis Machine and equipment change over time reduction (SMED)

Responsible for 180 operators and 10 engineers in production. Main indicators are: 100% quality based on QRQC (quick response quality control), 100% compliance for delivery to customer, complete control of cost concerning material, manpower and resources on hourly and daily base including immediately follow up in case of deviations. Motivation of employees by training and integration of all operators and engineers in workflows and processes. Problem solving on daily base by factor tree analysis.

Responsible for optimization of man power in logistic departement, internal and external material flow and KANBAN implementation
