I'm the main contact for customers using our Karma platform for roadmap planning, understanding business goals and requirements and translating them to implementable stories. I'm also participating in the resource planning for the development teams and working as a business analyst for new customers to help and guide them understanding hte platform and their own requirements.

As a senior developer I was working in the development team for the Shell Controll Box product, responsible for planning and completing the Backlog Items of the development Sprints. We were using SCRUM methodology and we were experimenting with Kanban too. Usual tasks were: developing in PHP and Python but also involved web technologies like HTML, CSS, ECMA/AJAX.

I started to participate in the daily work of this startup company as the CTO. Tasks were managing the different development projects (mobile, web admin, etc.) and to be the main advisor and think-tank when it comes about IT related questions.

As FO team is retiring I becam a PM focusing on miscellinous projects within our team

As the Account Manager for IPG division, my tasks were to learn the needs of the division, support and coordinate the online part of their campaigns, check and coordinate the work of the project managers and actively participate in bigger projects/programs.
