As Event-Manager within the international consulting company GALLAFILZ for communication and event my work area covered the fields visitor management, preparation of concepts and portfolios, location acquisition including negotiations, bookings and arrangements. Furthermore the search process, agreements and final bookings of the catering companies, creation of legally compliant spatial plans according to the regulation VStättVO, creation of electricity plans and the conceptual planning of the event setups.
