Assisted the Head of Engineering, having to go through a reorganization of the Engineering department. Lead alignment between teams from the different chapters. Guided the OKR sessions. Performed 1:1 talks and performance reviews. Managed the teams from the PHP Chapter.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 10 developers responsible for the internal tooling managing the workflow of vehicles flowing through the company. Performed 1:1 talks, performance reviews and hiring interviews. Became the Chapter Lead for the PHP chapter consisting of 4 teams (approx. 25 FTE).

Assisted the company to transition from a fragmented individual project structure to team-based using Scrum. Brought innovation at technical level, i.e. using Docker for local development, improving CI/CD and DTAP platform. Performed hiring interviews. Stepped in as lead for two teams, one working on a FinTech (mobile) application and the other on multiple MedTech (web) applications. Created a new architecture for two EduTech (web) applications.

Designed and implemented (custom, complex) projects for external customers, customer facing tools, as well as internal tools. Created APIs connecting (legacy) systems. Spearheaded both technological and process improvements.

Graduation project "Data mining and Visualization of Gaming Statistics" at game development company Two Tribes. Goal of the project was to create an internal tool which could gather gaming statistics and display the data in a useful (graphic) manner.

Started as an intern, stayed for (part-time) employment. I was one of the main developers of an internal test tool, written in JAVA, for the web application the company develops. This tool was used together with nightly builds to run automated tests as well as scheduled test runs to create code coverage reports. Later I also helped converting IE6 code to crossbrowser supported.
