As NAHEMA Contract Manager I had to prepare new contracts and contract amendments within the international NH90 program, to harmonize NHI bargaining position/results with NH90 Partner Companies, to represent NHI during contract negotiations with NAHEMA Customer and End Customers, to participate to DEU price audits as NHI representative, to analysis Terms and Conditions of different contracts as decision making baseline for new contractsb and to provide administrative assistance for the contract execution.

In the frame of Contract Management Support NH90 I had to provide contractual support to the management for all NH90 PI/P contract matters, prepare DRAFT Contracts, to do the consistency check between all contracts, to participate to DEU price audits, to be the administrator for EC NH90 ILS contracts including internal coordination and harmonization of concerned departments, to do the external harmonization of said contracts with NHI and to monitor all related payment milestones.

My obligations as ILS-Manager were related to the execution of support contracts in all parts (Support products, R&O, On-Site Support), to the proper internal/external contract reporting, to identify&estimate&mitigate risks by using the ARM tool, to prepare management reports for international review meetngs and attend hereto, to do the controlling of the support contracts in terms of performance and costs and to provide logistic support for the delivery of Helicopters.

I was responsible for the controlling of projects in terms of performance and costs.

During the time at the German Federal Armed Forces I was working as Master for the ejection seat system of the Phantom F4-F. As deputy of the department chief I hat to ensure the timely execution of the work, to manage the efficient deployment of staff and to participate as a mechanic to foreign assignments.
