Peter Reunis

In this Global role,I serve as the key linkage point between the EMEA region and the global Quality assurance hub. In this role, I'm responsible in gathering and sharing best practices, driving Sales and Delivery enablement, and ensuring careful development and alignment of key business processes. I serve as a point of contact for a number of the SAP QA Services portfolio, ensuring a consistent application and implementation of those services around the world.

Responsible for the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and business processes through close cooperationr with customers and partners. In this role Peter is responsible for SAP-consulting sales at a number of key-accounts (e.g. Bekaert, Daikin, Agfa, Balta, Umicore, Puratos, Recticel, Vandemoortele, Borealis, Johnson & Johnson, Tessenderlo Chemie, GSK, UCB, ABinbev, Lhoist).

Responsible for the solution management for the SAP SCM-solution at SAP Belux. In this role, the focus was on business development activities in the SCM-area, setting up customer-specific demos and partner-management.

During this period, my main focus was on business- and product (APO) consultancy in Supply Chain management. This included: general solution-design, project management and implementations of the APO solutions in the broadest sense at customer projects (Food, Pharma, building materials, automotive,...). Further responsibilities include: • Team coordination and knowledge managementof the SCM-team (10 consultants)

I was responsible for the elaboration of the supply chain processes in a challenging start-up environment that Xeikon used to be at that time. In addition, I got the responsibility of projectmanager logistics-processes during the SAP R/3-implementation.
