2nd and 3rd Level Support for Allianz Global Network

Member of Global Solutions Design and Engineering team (GSD&E) who gives support in terms of planning, design, implementation and configuration, testing, troubleshooting, change management, remediation, complex changes, special solutions, maintenance of customers’ networks and creating required documentation and reports. GSD&E is on daily basis in contact with customers, account teams, sales management, project management, delivery management, operational departments including field operations and NOC.

Design analysis and technical validation of customers’ solutions, hardware installation support, configuration, implementation, migrations, activations, test support, troubleshooting, close cooperation and technical point of contact for sales engineering, project management, field engineering, service delivery, NOC and customers and also in touch with network architecture teams. The role includes support of services e.g.: L2/L3 VPN, Internet access, Internet transit, Ethernet services, MPLS interconnects.
