Providing BackOffice services for whole CSOB from 3 locations.  Business Helpdesk - support for internal clients on headquarters and branches. Suppliers and Vendors management.

Projects - managing complete branch project portfolio delivery. Applications - responsible for main front-end application and its life cycle.  Processes - optimization of existing processes and coordination of new one.

Leadership of SDM team in terms of resources, content and methodology.  Acting as Service Level Manager, Crisis manager and Key Account manager.  Implementation of Incident and Problem management, Release and Change management, Request Fulfilment and Continuous Service Improvement.
