At Light & Shadow I was responsible for the organisational administration of all wildlife film projects as well as for their scientific monitoring. I also did the background research and prepared and participated in film shoots all over the world.

At Text + Bild I was working as freelance researcher, particularly doing background research and location scouting for wildlife film projects as well as for children's educational TV programs.

In the Bavarian Forest National Park I worked as a researcher in a project investigating the predator-prey-relationship between lynx, red deer and roe deer. The activities comprised field work (telemetry, snow tracking, ...), analysis of activity data from GPS-collars, maintenaince of webpage and other pr-work.

For my PhD I studied behavior, endocrinology, and genetics of wild living callitrichid primates (Saguinus mystax) in the Amazon rainforest of North-eastern Peru. This comprised a 14-month stay in the field for data collection, as well as subsequent laboratory work in the German Primate Center.
