Implemented LEAN and continuous improvement mindset and processes (300 Personnel). Decreased inventory which lead to the finished good Warehouse repurposing into additional OTP machines. Set up Pull System in Planning to refine Filter Making and Leaf Supply which halted the use Leaf Warehoused. 68 bio cig equivalent and 80+ Markets served.

Manage, plan and coordinate SC Planning Department responsible for Production Scheduling and direct material purchase, ensuring on time production and optimizing all needed resources (manpower, materials, machine). Cooperate customers to optimize the processes and increase efficiency.

Bring into existence an organization that connected Marketing, Product Development and Manufacturing Center for new Product Launches. Administer the Project Management Structure which established on-time delivery of all new Product launches in PMP SA. Serving over 60 Markets and 150 projects a year.

(30 personnel) Doubled production volumes to support construction of new ET Production Center in Russia. Built new laboratory working environment.
