Pursuing my career goals, I have been working in the marketing department of an international software company whilst: • managing international inbound lead qualification • screening and qualifying all inbound marketing and sales leads • dealing with clients and communicating their requirements to the sales team • managing lead, contact and account data in Salesforce • handling various queries coming through the main line

• supporting the delivery of marketing activities through maintenance of lead, contact and account data in Salesforce • generating reports on prospects and clients • qualifying prospects and communicating the information to the sales department • taking responsibility for updating of database within the CRM system • research on current and prospective clients

Having been exposed to the exciting world of PR, I continued working in the industry, namely for a boutique agency promoting events, festivals, venues, restaurants, simply aimed at culture, lifestyle and entertainment: • media relations • liaising with artists’ managers • writing press releases, MailChimp • event organisation • reporting • administration, maintaining media contact lists using Gorkana Media Database and MailChimp

After a successful internship I was offered to keep supporting the company, carrying out similar duties as listed below.
