• Created number of patent applications and in-depth market and business analysis for a mobile device company in USA • Evaluated and organized business and investment prospects, and development plans for a German medical imaging company.

• Established and controlled the creation of a miniaturised hyperspectral camera product with embedded middleware, programmable interfaces, and cloud-based spectral data analysis service for consumer and industrial markets. • Designed the development and production roadmaps, business models and marketing and sales strategies for entirely new segments in IoT, Drones, Autonomous Vehicles, Mobile Food Analysis, Wearable Health and Medical Device domains.

• Advised on product features, usability, reimbursements, health economics, standards and regulations (CE, FDA/510k), and the medical device specific sales budgets. • Guided the healthcare related electronic information sharing fundamentals into the products (IHE, HL7, DICOM). • Assisted on market opportunity analysis, business plans, P&L models, marketing and sales strategies and launch schedules for different markets. • Gave recommendations on the advisory board and key opinion leader selections.

• Defined and created enhanced and mixed reality products and big data research and education environments. • Established and controlled Internet of Things -research programs for home automation, environment analysis and control, activity monitoring, continuous care and emergency response. • Created a research program to study close proximity radio (RFID, NFC, Bluetooth, ZigBee) payment, personalization, and environment control methods from the mobile operators market perspective.
