Heading the newly formed IT distribution division. Responsible for adding new alliances & products to the new portfolio both for UAE as well as to serve Middle East & East African markets. Responsible for the business unit for P&L, manpower recruitment, training, mentoring, motivation & retention.

Responsible for new business alliances, business development, overall P & L, recruitment, mentoring, motivating & retention of resources, managing cash flow for the business, expanding dealer channel, relationship building at senior levels.

Responsible for the distribution of HP ISS, IBM X-series, Acer, Intel, Microsoft, Iomega & Targus.

Responsible for distribution of Intel products & BTO PC business. Additionally was also responsible for the assembly line of the BTO PC.

Overall in charge of all factory operations incluidng production, quality control, admin, procurement, import & export documentation, recruitment & training, ISO9001 implementation & documentation.
