At luca, I'm responsible for hiring for all the needed positions. These range from marketing & design to tech to CSM and sales. For this, I managed the process from kick-off of the position to making the offer and organizing the onboarding. To do this, I use active sourcing and free job postings through our ATS recruitee and join.com. In addition, I established hiring processes, advised hiring managers, and took care of the company review platforms kununu and glassdoor.
