Philip Walton

I am a solicitor in DAC Beachcroft's corporate finance team, having joined DAC in 2008. My work focuses on private and public M&A and capital markets transactions, having worked on several IPOs and de-listings from the Main Market and AIM (including reverse takeovers) in the last year alone. My practice also includes advising private and listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory matters. I am fluent in both English and German.
