• Consulting of customers and project teams regarding VPN solutions as well as creation of VPN concepts • Set-up and operation of remote LAN access and remote access service solutions in internationally distributed data centers • Responsibility for the availability of the Central Remote Access Service for national and international customers • 3rd level support with solution of complex, cross- functional faults (internal/external, national/international) incl. solution in cooperation with manufacturer
