The IARU Region 1 Youth Working Group is responsible for promoting Amateur Radio Youth Activities in Region 1 through the coordination and engagement with the 100 IARU Region 1 Member Societies in Africa, Europe, Middle East and northern Asia. Youth is defined as persons with the age below 26 years. Elected by the IARU Region 1 Member Societies during 25th Region 1 General Conference in October 2020.
