As program manager I am responsible for overseeing the deployment of iQuate products worldwide. At any one time there are 10 and 15 projects running with budgets varying in size from €50,00 to €200,000. The projects are mainly in Europe and the US with teams both on site and working remotely. In addition to client facing projects there a numerous internal process improvement project underway give the rapid growth projected for the coming 3 years.
