Methodical improvement of the scoring of RCI’s dealer network (Renault and Nissan car dealers) by implementing new indicators. _Responsible for monthly preparation of margin, refinancing costs and cost of distribution. _Manage the production of annual budgets and forecasts _Oversee commercial allowances (25M€) and cost of distribution (30M€) _Maintain a documented system of accounting processes and procedures and coordinate the provision of information to external auditors
