• Order management at the BtB level for the French HP customers; monitor the whole order flow processes by interacting with logistics partners, clearing centre and finance. • Interact with HP country program managers and sales managers to ensure fulfilment of business critical orders. • Customer help desk support for HP Marketing Programs in four languages: mainly French, German and acting back up for English and Spanish. • Presentation of the WEEE business model to the French chamber of commerce

• Customer service: contact via phone and mail related to logistical issues. • Support VIP visitors to Hugo Boss A.G. • Drawing-up of statistical analysis. • Accounting of Licensed Products (data entry, invoicing). • Internal and external translation German / French – French / German.
