Acted as Statutory Director of all 5 affiliates, and as company Secretary; legally represented company in all 7 jurisdictions it was active in. Travelled up to 85% of time throughout Europe and USA.

Led organisation as most senior member of operations management team. Provided hands-on strategic and tactical guidance for all operations. Coached COO. Oversaw all aspects of finance, HR, IT, legal, and investor relations. Served as Managing Director of all subsidiaries. Negotiated with authorities, banks, and suppliers. Managed 10 direct reports in 4 different locations. Travelled up to 20% of time.

Managed all aspects of Finance & Business control of companywide international ERP implementation of PeopleSoft, and all related project control. Evaluated and determined optimal selection from various ERP packages. Defined business processes, system design, and implementation plan. Coordinated and led international team of specialists from all areas of organisation, as well as team of external consultants. Delivered project control, cost-benefit analysis, and presentations to Executive Board.
