Interim Director Operations Impliva (December 2012 – Present) Responsible for the day to day operations for one of the biggest distribitors for Umbrella’s in Europe. Interim VP Operations Alshamel Travel International (July 2009 – May 2010) Responsible for the day to day operations of the 2nd biggest regional travel organization in the Middle East. 2008-present. Multiple smaller consultancy assignments in the area of (operational/sales) process improvement and optimizing of the IT environment.

TQ3 Travel Solutions merged with former Worldtravel to BCD Travel resulting in a Global instead of a European Company. Chairman of the NL board of directors for the Netherlands. Reporting to the COO for BCD- EMEA and member of the European management board. The NL organization consist of 600+ Fte’s and a turnover of 500+ M Euros.

Reporting to the CEO of TQ3 Travel solutions and member of the executive board. Responsible for all TQ3 EMEA operations, consisting of 5000+ staff divided over all major countries in Europe. Turnover of 3,5 Billion Euros and revenue of about 300 M Euros. Main tasks are streamlining the operational environment cross the European borders and selection and implementation of new IT solutions. The executive board was based in Bremen Germany and as a consequence lived in Germany for 2 years.
