Joined Egemin in 1997 with the mission to develop qualification and validation activities in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Performing validation activities as consultant and selecting, recruiting and training electro-mechanical, chemical and bio-engineers were part of my daily tasks. Acquiring new customers and develop the business in Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
