Responsible for maintaining close communications with Headquarters Canada in order to meet the company´s protocols in the operations department. Worked very closely with Mexico´s sales and logistics team in various aspects of the business. In addition to being responsible for order processing and inventory management.

Responsible for managing various international territories focusing on Latin America and working as a mediator between Headquarters and Mexico Subsidiary. In charged of customer production control with Asia team in addition to working with various departments within the company in order to ensure customer´s requirements and made sure that their orders were fulfilled in a timely manner.

Responsibility in managing customer relations, product processing and development. Acted as a liaison between customer and quality department to ensure product met customers expectations.
