Drafting and negotiation of agreements, t&c and schedules, protocols, varied contracts, communications and memorandos. Due diligences, M&A and corporate restructuring, portfolio assignments. Identification and analysis of business risks and design of legal frameworks.

Legal and regulatory advice to the different LoBs for the Region, bringing added value from a strategic perspective and pro-active solutions to enable delivery of business objectives whilst balancing legal risk. Negotiation, drafting and management of national and international agreements. Responsible for compliance, data protection, legal risk management and corporate governance. Analysis and assessment of regulatory changes and current legislation with impact on the business.

Supervision of contracts, guarantees, taxes, reports to authorities. Analysis of legal information. Accounting, budgeting, P&L, forecast, cash flow, inventory control. Controlling and reporting. Legal & tax advice. Liaising with external counsels. CFO support.

Responsible for claims. Legal advisement and reports for the Region. Advise on other insurance issues such as underwriting and reinsurance. Conflict management and negotiation with clients ensuring both, compliance with legal requirements and corporate governance policies. Executive management support. Drafting and implementation of compliance policies and operating procedures. Reporting. Coordinating in-house lawyers and external counsels.
