Working with Gould Engineering/Composites as a Production Manager, we had @40 people under supervision, we always work to the greatest of our ability, in which we daily produce top quality Formula 1 composites components. My role was to perform with high performance in the following: deliveries, quality checks, parts required, PO’s, designing and planning the production, implementing production changes, planning. Developed/implemented ERP systems which monitors all work orders load.

- Programme 3D Printers - Take Builds out of 3D printers - Take overtime to learn the role of a Model Maker, sometimes they were 13-14 hours shifts - Process SLA Parts - Prepare parts for Aero tests - Maintained big resin 3D printers.

- Service Go-karts - Customer Service - Customer H&S breathing - Testing Go-karts

I took my degree at the same time as working with Scuderia Toro Rosso and finished with Distinction my Foundation degree which was the highest grade possible. Top up year at Oxford Brookes which I have done Honors Degree in Motorsport Engineering finished with Second Class grade.

Building a buggy Racer after College time, usually got home @8pm - Project to improve Formula Renault Car - Every Half term I tried to gain as much Work Experience - Finished with Distinction. - Received a 'thanks' letter from College to congratulate me on the achievements
