Repare conveyors, elevators, clean rooms, paint tunnel, ovens, hard foam line, line sealant with pre-programmed corrective and corrective maintenance. Work together with R&D for continuous improvements in the production.

Collaborate with scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, solve problems in chain conveyors, palet cranes, belt conveyors, transfer cars conveyors, lifting cranes, trays conveyors, depalletizers, COM´s,(case order machine) wrapper, label printer.

Give support to manufacture resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns making preventive, corrective and autonomous in conveyors chain lines, sorters, conveyor belts, carton seamers, cardboard openers, lifts. Solving problems in fat-pack silo fxing problems of cranes and conveyors and hanging garments silo fxing shuttles, lifts and shuttle-lifts.

Preventive, corrective and autonomous planning of production lines (fllers, cappers, cartoning machines, packaging machines) also supporting manufacturing (reactors, agitators) respecting GMP protocols and procedures solving electrical and mechanical breakdowns. Coordinate together with I +D to improve process times by updating the machinery and improving it according to the history of failures. Provide services to the plant such as purifed water, lighting, steam, air conditioning, and treatment plant.

Carry out preventive, corrective and autonomous production lines (capper, cartoner, packer, etc.) and in manufacturing rooms (sieves, reactors, mixers, tumblers) solving electrical and mechanical breakdowns respecting GMP protocols and procedures Perform various jobs such as tig welding, mig mag and mechanized (lathe, milling adjustments) pneumatic, hydraulic

Monitor production rooms and facilities in general, taking care of humidity and temperature according to the pre-programmed setpoint status. Correct the general condition of the facilities during autonomous and preventive maintenance in general. Supply essential supplies to continue the production of the plant (power, compressed air, heating, air conditioning, steam, climates).

Monitor internal systems, take care of electrical panels, racks and installation(doors, elevators, lightings) in general, taking special care of electricity, air conditioning and network connections. Providing support with autonomous and preventive maintenance en general according to established protocols.

Optimize the overall condition of the facility for autonomous maintenance. Supply of essential supplies to continue production of the plant (retention, compressed air, heating, air conditioning, steam) during corrective maintenance and rectify faults detected per protocol. During pre programmed modifcations to maintain the company’s external compliance with safety standards.
