Case Management System (CMS) provides APPIAN platform to log incidents involving fraud investigations and screening so that suspicious activities can be quickly identified and escalated to the relevant stakeholders, across every channel, especially mobile, since their investigators are constantly in the field. CMS provides an Approval flow to raise, approve, close or reject a case. Tools and Technologies used in this project are Appian (19.x), SQL, Confluence, JIRA, Blue Prism

1.Facilitator for Agile ceremonies – Requirement Elicition, briefing requirements to technical teams, Esitmating, Developing, UAT, Presenting Demo of the enhanced features to the client and retrospects at the end of every iteration. 2.Working on CDTs, SAIL, Tempo, Records, Reports, SFTP Smart Services. 3.Implementing Appian best practices across the applications. 4.Responsible for code review to improve Performance of applications and environment.

1.Gather requirements from the client as product backlogs, explain those to the team and derive approximate estimations with the help of poker planning technique (Agile Methodology). 2. Developed SAIL based UI, Actions, Tasks, Records, Reports and configuring it in Tempo. 3. Responsible for code review and coding standards for all the applications. 4. Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to the team. 5. Approval workflows to designated approvers, viki –document proofing.
