• Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly forecast and submit. • Creating the yearly budget and setting the margin targets to each projects and track the actuals. • Closely tracking the monthly financials performance of each project and analyzing against budget the sharing the insights with higher management. • Analyzing monthly P&L including variance analysis of Actual Vs. Forecast, Actual Vs. Plan, Current Month Vs. Prior Month, Quarter over Quarter along with trend analysis.

· Prepared financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. · Prepared consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyses trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas. · Assisted with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans. · Performs other duties as required.

• Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting • Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support. • Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in a worldwide ERP system. • Producing monthly management accounts including material costs. • Producing monthly profit and loss statements.

• Maintaining project reports. • Maintaining all relevant income and expenditure for each project. • Analysing project expenses and providing commentary. • Overseeing project records and contracts to ensure terms are adhered to. • Business partnering with non-finance managers to develop processes and the understanding of financial requirements. • Creating bespoke financial reports. • Developing financial systems along with IT support to make processes more user friendly.
