Leading cybersecurity efforts at NIQ, I operate and maintain EDR/antivirus platforms, providing expert configuration support. Actively involved in troubleshooting for application platforms and end users, I monitor threats and advise on endpoint hardening. Collaborating with the Incident Response and CISO departments, I promote awareness of vulnerabilities and own security processes, continuously enhancing them.

I worked initially as a frontline support engineer responsible for cyber security product like Windows Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Working in support, I gained a lot of valuable experience in research and problem solving. I had the opportunity to worked alongside Global SMEs, Escalation Engineers and Product Group Team. My role was to tackle and solve technically complex problems and handle Escalation from my clients.
