Design, deploy, and improve enterprise security solutions across endpoint, cloud, and identity platforms. Partner with Security Operations, Incident Response, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to strengthen organizational security posture through proactive security engineering, automation, and operational improvements.

I worked initially as a frontline support engineer responsible for cyber security product like Windows Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Working in support, I gained a lot of valuable experience in research and problem solving. I had the opportunity to worked alongside Global SMEs, Escalation Engineers and Product Group Team. My role was to tackle and solve technically complex problems and handle Escalation from my clients.
