Master thesis topic: “Fully Automated Penetration testing of the wireless interfaces of automotive domain”. The goal of the thesis is to develop a fully automated tool in Python to perform penetration testing of the wireless interfaces of the automobile domain. The vulnerabilities in the wireless interfaces such as cellular networks, Bluetooth, RDS-TMC and GPS have been analyzed and automated as a part of the thesis.

Researched on cellular network interfaces of the automotive domain such as GSM and their vulnerabilities. Performed analysis of other wireless interfaces such as GPS and performed vulnerability analysis.

Worked as an intern in penetration testing of cellular network. Performed active and passive attack analysis of GSM. Passive analysis involved sniffing, decryption and hopping of GSM voice and SMS traffic) by using open source projects and SDR. Active analysis involved SMS and call setup.

Feature Testing for new releases, System & Performance testing for new releases. Bug reporting ,fixing, tracking & verification & Testing of bugs after code delivery.Coordinating with team members & System engineers for Requirement Review, Test Plan Review, Product Implementation and Problem Fixing. Mentoring & guiding the testing team in test and process related matters. Involved in modifying or creating documents related to the product.Analyzing & solving the issues reported from Customers.
