Since Apr’00 To Dec 2007 with ENERCON (India) Ltd., Daman as Head-Department of R&D (Sr. Manager-R&D) (Involved in the production and development of Wind Turbines along with Control Electronics & Power Converter)  Work permit to work for Enercon GmbH in Germany)  Chiefly responsible for outsourcing development (R&D) work from the parent organisation, Enercon GmbH, Aurich (Germany). Reporting directly to Enercon GmbH, Germany; working 3 months in India and 3 months in Germany

 Responsible for:  Development of Programmable Logic Controller Hardware & System Software.  Application Engineering with system Integration with PLC, Drive, Pneumatic, Hydraulic systems etc.  Data Acquisition & Control System design.  Incremental Development of Product A.C.
