Responsible for handling more 300 servers across the Sony which includes Application base servers(Weblogic,Jboss,Tomcat) and Web based Servers(Apache). Handling project intakes and understanding the requirement by the engineering team as what they would like to host and how the system should work. Secure a deadline with the required party for the new architecture of the application and make it go through the SDLC. Creating Life cycle documents like Visio diagrams,Communication Matrix and Service config etc

• The environment is based on Weblogic 9.x and Weblogic 10.3 which are hosted on HP Unix or Linux servers. • Provide system administration support including server and client software installations, systems and application monitoring, migration, capacity planning, architectural enhancement/optimization and associated documentation required to optimize the performance of this system. • Create security policy and scoped roles on application and object levels. • Performance tuning of Web/App Servers.

Worked as an L1 Support Engineer where I needed to coordinate my work with the L2 engineers and work in the monitoring alerts which were generated. During my time here I grew to a secondary team lead and my responsibilities were increased like providing weekly reports and presentation to management on how the team is progressing and any concerned escalations. I also used work as an L2 resource in later during my tenure at the firm and provide my team with training on tools and helping as an escalatio point
