• Designed the Pilot model of the Production Planning system to meet the change in demand of the customers and reduced the inventory level by 25% and overall search time. • Reduction in the movement of material and people by 15 % by designing the new plant layout based on movement analysis and Spaghetti diagram. • The Collaboration of project management software in the organization by means of the Lean tool i.e. Toyota Kata approach.

Worked as a team leader for the assigned project along with Project management team to implement the network infrastructure and response efficiently for resolution critical issues. • I was responsible for assigning the resources and controlling the implementation of the projects based on the given timeline. • Monitoring timelines, highlighting and prioritizing the critical issues to be addressed based on the customer’s requirement.

To increase the Quality Level for major concern parts of the utility vehicle models by using the qualitative methodology of the plant (Total Quality Management) and PDCA cycle. • Analysed the root causes by using tools like cause-and-effect diagrams, Pareto analysis, 5 whys and flow charts. • Worked on two major concerns i.e. Clutch slave cylinder failure and fuel lines failure and implemented solutions to the following concerns respectively.
