Meeting /co-ordination with Client & Subcontractors for material dispatches. Preparation of Weekly and monthly reports

Coordination and Supply Chain Management for four major Work Packages BOP areas, FGD system, Coal handling plant. Construction Coordination at project site Evaluation of Bidders (Technical and Commercial) and Finalization of Subcontractors. Review and approval of Progress bills of Subcontractors, vendor payment disbursement Contracts & Claims Management, Expediting subcontractor for timely delivery of materials, PR, PO / WO tracking. Weekly and monthly reports

Internal follow up with all in house departments, Kick-off Meetings, Multiple Vendor Management, brought all the major vendors on board (BHEL, C&S Electric, Gupta Power, Amitasha, IAC Electricals, Siemens, KEI, GE, Emerson, Polycab,) etc. Coordinating with the Owner’s team of Engineers, internal office and contractors for smooth progress of the works using waterfall methodology. Verification and Certification of the Contractor’s invoice. Expedite with vendor for timely supply of material

Preparation of cable routing and cable tray layout of Steel Plant.  Preparation of electrical equipment layout.  Coordinating with in-house multi-engineering, Consultants (MECON, MN Dastur) and with the Clients.  Review of document / drawings, Meeting with Vendors, Involved in Tech. review meetings.

Selection & preparation of Single line diagram, electrical load list, selection of cables, technical specification Preparation of cable routing and cable tray layout for medium, power, control & instrumentation cable, Preparation of earthing and lightning Protection system, Lighting schedule & layouts, cables, cable trays etc. Review of Vendor drawing and documents for design & development activities Coordinating with the Back Office, Consultants and with the Clients.
