As part of the Moderator Experience Team, I am working to enable our manual moderators to be more effective, accurate and efficient with each passing day while making their job as exciting as possible. • Continuing slicing out functionalities out of the legacy systems towards the scalable event driven architecture to enable the company to fully retire legacy systems. • Mentoring new developers to get familiar with the domain and for getting accustomed to the best development practices in the company.

• As part of the Trust and safety Team, I looked after the development and maintenance of our platform which takes care of moderation of user generated content in over 40 countries. • Have been shifting our legacy PHP platform to the micro services architecture by breaking functionality into smaller modules. • Some projects: • Ad Rejection Reasons Management (Rejection reasons and moderation notifications management) • Ad Moderation Queues (Manual moderation queues management)
