Optimization of an Aircraft Component Provider’s Supply Chain: A Business Process Reengineering Approach. The master thesis involved the evaluation of different solutions to optimize the organization's Supply Chain and to come up with the most fitting solution. Business Process Reengineering, Process Orientation, Organizational Structures and Change Management theories were used to evaluate the idea.

Creation of KPIs and Performance level calculations. Development as well as enhancement of supply chain procedures and spreadsheet tools. Review and alignment of Customer Services Processes and Manuals with status quo. Scope alignment of Contracted parts with the Customers.

Responsible for CAD in New Product Development (NPD) and Engineering Change Management Projects. Six Sigma project resulting in effective cost savings of 10000$/year. Responsible for managing the project deliverables and their quality standards for the team.
