Coordination of all aspects of multi-site installation deployments between clients and technicians and insuring all schedules of parts and technicians are handled in a timely and efficient manner that maintains company profitability requirements.

 Managed a team of six dispatch and warehouse personnel responsible for the routing, coordination and support of Suddenlink’s 33 Field Technicians.  Managed the purchasing and materials distribution functions for Suddenlink’s Field Technicians, Engineering and Construction departments.  Designed routing practices that allowed for a 33 percent increase in the number of daily Field Technician work orders, without increasing overtime costs.

 Resolved escalated inbound customer complaint calls and managed the training of new call center agent teams.  Achieved department leading call resolution time of three minutes and quality score of 99.7 percent.  Given the responsibility of resolving written customer complaints via phone and email correspondence.

 Managed shipping, receiving and inventory requirements for all corporate office and store IT needs.  Responsible for the planning and installation of all company IT equipment upgrades.  Travelled to over thirty company locations across the US for the installation of new IT equipment and software.
