•Providing financial planning (quarterly) •Handling transaction by complying to the DFG (German Research Foundation) and Indonesian regulation •Monthly reporting using Sharepoint and GL •Performing banking reconciliation and petty cash reconciliation •Managing tax invoice, payment, reporting and cross check the payment in GL (taxed payable transactions) •Providing and analysing sufficient data for auditing matter

• Answering incoming customer calls and LiveChats/emails through Intercom App regarding billing issues, product bugs, service questions and general client concern. • Identifying, assessing and updating clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Handling incoming calls related to any inquiries, complains, and request from HSBC credit card holders • Selling HSBC credit cards features and facilities • Providing sufficient information, including but not limited to general information, multi-channel education, and promotions

• Controlling service, quality and cleanliness of the restaurant as well as ensuring the sales • Doing administration stuff such as purchasing order, crew schedule, sales management, finance control, daily working report, daily and monthly report, waste management

Involved in Commodity Research regarding supply and value chain management of maize in Indonesia and Branch Potential Lending as data analyst.
