Forecasting Variable Cost and Trend Reports Variance between Actuals, Forecasted & Budget. Prepare PowerPoint presentations with Various Charts and Data for Management Review. Publish Quarterly Sales Forecasting reports. Critically examining the travel and spend data for the year and providing update to the higher level management about cost cutting and leveraging more effective modes of cost saves

 Allocation of budget to all the P&L’s and subs.  Variance Analysis for Energy Management (GE) for all regions over the world.  Categorization and classification of expenses and reporting to Energy Management Leaders.  Data pulling from Hyperion and Business Objects for Analysis Reports.  Reporting: Sending various Reports to my manager and the stack holder of GE Energy daily basis and monthly basis.

 Entry in Tally package.  Daily vouchers, receipts, bills entry in Tally and filing all records.  Preparing various Statement, MIS reports and Staff Pay Roll.  Preparing Half Yearly and Annual Reports, monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, checking attendance, collect electricity consumption details, meal records and prepare salary sheet.  Maintain of records and correspondence
