Responsible for leading the E2E Architecture definitions & OSS/BSS solutions of various complex Network & IT transformation programs; technology evaluation; integration of new wireline & wireless technologies into Swisscom solutions (e.g. Mobile Private Network, VoLTE, RCS, Small Cells, WiFi-calling, All-IP, eSIM, FTTH, NFV/SDN, NGBB, OTN, IMS, Cloud Networking, Security as a Service in Telco-cloud, 5G, IoT, Edge-cloud, LoRaWAN, Blockchain, Confidential computing, AI & ML, AWS).

Responsible for defining the Technical Architecture frameworks & Technical Reference Architectures of UBS, Switzerland based on TOGAF & ITIL; Architecture & Design sign-offs in strategic solution programs; evaluation of new ICT technologies; Architecture governance; Technology strategy; end-to-end technical architecture & security architecture design of large-scale distributed and continuously available enterprise systems for Core banking IT systems. Previous roles at UBS: Database Specialist (1998-1999).

Research in the area of Active Object DBMS systems; Designing of object oriented fuzzy expert systems & usage of it in healthcare solutions; Designing & Administration of campus networks.

Designing CAD software for schematic drawing and gate level simulation of digital circuits. NDIS-based communication device driver development.

Software Architecture for digital switching systems; Developing utility software for network mgmt. using SNMP.
