• Designed and realized an STM32 Nucleo based control system for Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) Actuators. • Developed interfaces for Load cell, LK-G37 laser sensor and Zaber linear motor on the STM32 microcontroller. • Designed a hardware testbench for single SMA wire Actuator on SolidWorks. • Built Power Control circuits for the SMA system and the attached sensors. • Developed programs to automate initialization steps such as prestraining of SMA wire.

As a part of Innovative Retail Lab group • Developed communication interfaces for multiple SPI devices (RFID) on Raspberry Pi 4B. • Assisted in development of embedded software for ’Smart items’ that interact with customers. • Conducted detailed research on existing intelligent assistant systems in retail industry globally.

• Worked as a part of the Software Development team and conducted research on real time operating systems in Embedded systems for machines that process reinforced steel. • Developed cyclic tests to calculate latency of different communications on Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4B with and without preemptive realtime scheduling under stressed conditions.
