• Provide general product support for installation, configuration, and implementation of the Pentaho Software Suite in a timely manner with a high level of communication and appropriate establishment of expectations. • Document defects and enhancement requests for the customer • Communicating effectively with the Pentaho Engineering and Product Management teams to reproduce, resolve and document support cases as an advocate for the customer •

Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL Informatica & Talend architecture • Define ETL methods and techniques for use by all teams. • Installation/Configuration of Informatica server on multi-node grid environment • Responsible for investigation, characterization, and communication of build and release problems; implementing corrective and preventive actions

Setup and maintain ETL administration best practices and procedures • Identify key/critical design elements and interfaces, provide ETL design approach. • Analysis of the existing reports and creating a source metrics of their run time and data volumetric. • Creation of Dashboards and integrating all the reports in one space with the prompts and running them, as requested by the user.
