Role description: -lead technical team providing L3 support for SAN/Storage -review infrastructure configurations, recommend best practices, propose improvements -perform system installations and migrations -create architecture High and Low Level Designs -design Disaster Recovery Plans and Business Continuity solutions -troubleshoot access, performance and hardware issues -provide capacity reports and data usage trend analysis -give success reports of operational and team activities (SLA, KPIs)

Role description: -server management Linux/Unix and VMware -setup network and storage components -maintain system security with firewall -perform filesystem backup and recovery -prepare server upgrades and patching -analyse operating system logs -configure application layer, eg. Apache, Sendmail -monitor system and services with Nagios -automate tasks (Chef, Puppet, scripting) -build and maintain high-availability clusters -servers deployments and migrations in project scope

Role description: -Team lead in Network Operation Centre -coordinate tasks and projects in scope -monitoring client network infrastructure -reacting to failures and issues -working with incidents and problems -liaise with other technical teams in the organization -participate in meetings with clients
