- Analysis of Measurement systems with the help of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) - Determination of errors in individual steps of the existing measurement setup. - Elaboration and Presenting useful solutions for the improvement of the process - Organization, Planning, Independent execution and evaluation of Measuremnet System Analysis to evaluate the measurement systems. - Documenting all the collected and evaluated data in consultation with Quality Assurance team.

- Evaluation of the measurement system and support in optimization. - Daily based sampling for evaluating the inspection systems of defect detection. - Qualification of the existing measuring systems for the detection of glass defects. - Identification of optimization measures of the measuring process. - Execution and Evaluation of measurement series for the qualification of the improved measuring system and quantification of glass defects
